Managing the process of planning, creating, and maintaining an organizational Web server is both an art and a science. The science of link management, statistical analysis, and server- wide search services is just the beginning. Where the real work lies is in the art -- defining server standards, training staff in Web document design and markup, policy creation and enforcement, data owner support services, and more.
Anyone who manages a Web server may benefit from this session, although the primary audience is individuals who manage a Web server for an organization. The session will be lecture format, with time for questions.
